I was looking for a specific S-class type car in a specific color, and was having no luck finding what I was looking for. I talked to Andy Smith and within the next two weeks, I had a choice of three cars to buy at an exceptional price with extremely low mileage that, to me, looked brand new. There was almost full warranty remaining on two of the three choices. Not only were my choices excellent, but he treated me more than fairly on my trade-in. Customer service can only be described as an A++ experience. I highly recommend Smith Imports to anyone looking for any type of luxury car, especially a Mercedes.
My son is 16 years of age and wants to go there once a week to look at the entry level Mercedes and BMW's that he had a reasonable entry price.

I bought two vehicles from the fine folks at Smith Imports. I bought a Lexus in December 2006 and a CLK convertible in June of 2007. I did a lot of shopping around before buying from Andy. They have a first class place where you will not find a better all around deal. Smith Imports specializes and have extensive knowledge in Mercedes-Benz and other fine European and Japanese luxury cars. They have a great professional service department and go out of their way to make sure you are satisfied in every aspect of the buying, and service experience. They have picked up my car and dropped it off for me at no extra charge. Their professional demeanor and friendly attitude truly make it a great all around experience. I would buy from them again and again.

I just wanted to commend everyone at Smith Imports for the most hassle free car purchasing experience ever. Aside from waiting in Pam's office for the bank wire to clear, I can frankly say, I would buy each and every car that you, Andy would recommend. Let me tell you a bit about my purchase for those people out there. This is not a paid testimonial and this is not anything anybody at Smith Imports asked me to do. A couple weeks ago, my mom said she wanted a new car, I said fine, let's see what she can get. We bought our '05 Mercedes Benz S600 with only 5k miles from Smith Imports and conservatively we saved $10,000. My first reaction was to let Smith Imports truck the car over to us, (Bergen County NJ but my friend, my 3 year old son and I decided to fly to Memphis. We arrived at Smith Imports on Monday morning ready to do business, and quite frankly they all treated me like family. Andy is very cordial and forthcoming. Beth was like a mother, and Pam was the most respectful and wonderful person. Two or three hours later, after a delicious meal from Interstate Barbeque (just down the street and barbeque the way it was meant to be), and a successful bank wire, I was given the keys.

The car:

I'm 33 years old and buying/transporting this car for my 68 year old mother. The car was everything I was told, Andy told me he drove it as his personal car for a couple of weeks, and had it washed every other day. I was told there were some slight blemishes. Andy put everything out; he didn't leave anything unchecked and was very forthcoming and honest. I was truly glad he put it to the paces, and quite frankly, anything Andy recommends to me, if I have the need/money, I will buy and have shipped to me. The 15 hour drive back home was almost enjoyable. I whole heartedly recommend Smith Imports. Anybody in the Northeast who would like a ride in a very nice car from Smith Imports should just drop me an email. Anybody who personally meets Andy should ask him what he left in my vehicle's trunk. It is something that will live on in my memory.
