Smith Imports Service Center Serving West Memphis, AR Temporarily Closed
To our valued customers, we temporarily shut down our service department due to staffing issues. We are working diligently to correct this situation as quickly as possible. We are in the process of interviewing candidates for a shop manager position as well as multiple technicians at our Memphis, TN, service center.
While we hope to correct this situation as soon as possible, we will not rush the process. We will not hire just anyone; we want to ensure that we fill the positions with the quality of personnel that our valued customers have come to expect from Smith Imports, serving Collierville since we opened our doors over 40 years ago.
As soon as we have the service department re-staffed at our Millington area dealership, we will reach out to all our valued customers with the good news. In the meantime, if anyone knows of anyone with experience working in a service department, we would love to talk to them. We apologize for any inconvenience this situation may cause our valued customers. As always, we truly appreciate your business at our Olive Branch, MS, area location.
